As our target market is small to medium businesses we try to focus on manual processes, using free tools. We are a back to basics marketing company aiming to empower small business owners lost in the digital world. 

Research Tag Directory

Before you look at any marketing you need to know your audience and what keywords you would like to be found on. Paired with you message we utilize #tags in posts for additional visibility in social searches and to try focus content such as blogs on your research tag directory. If you can envision a traditional telelphone directory with names and numbers, a research tag directory is the modernized version with a focus on digital #tags and @tags.  Just as you would update a phone number or @handle when they change you would also refine your keywords and add clever #tags to be used in social media posts to this document.

Planning Calendar

All digital fuel plans are worked out and executed over one year. This helps us to plan for the future while having a vision to work towards. We work out a planning calendar according to the cascading image as seen in your fuel proposal. This image is an outline of what we suggest, based on your needs using our 3-hour category benchmarks.

We then work them out in different phases to make sure all the parts are completed when needed.

For Buffer, our free scheduling tool we need consistency and a systematic implementation to help lessen errors. This free scheduling tool is not perfect but with some tweaking and an organized approach, it works. ​

Workload Sheet

All the Social Media Management (SM) benchmarks are worked out on the Workload sheet in detail, with social search #tags and @tags mentions. Cornerstone posts would include affirmations with a link back to a specific website page, while related and trending posts would link to popular articles written by industry leaders. Some posts will include a Brand Management (BM) image and the a link to where it is stored on Google Drive.  Content Management (CM) parts would become blog posts after being created and published to your website. 
This means that all BM, CM, and LM parts should end as SM in a social media post pushed out onto your business social media platforms.

The implementation calendar is our final reference of all work completed in workload, approved and ready to go out. As we schedule posts we make them green. We periodically log into Buffer to make sure all parts go out as they should. We completed successfully we make them green as the last check to make sure all parts are executed correctly.

Social Counter Sheet

We make sure of manual tools using Google sheets to tack many of our processes. Below is an example of our implementation tracker helping us to track what is needed for watch client every month. We are still improving the process always aiming to be more systematic.

The social counter is going more in-dept using the master fuel sheet below. Our three hour benchmarks help us to better track our time and the time spent on each part of your fuel plan. We allocated every cent of each block to cover sales 10%, overhead 30% and salaries 60%.
