  1. PLUGINMATTER is a marketing research and teaching company and we often select clients based on current digital trends and current digital issues. Before deciding if we are able to help a client we also see how much our company, our employees, contractors, and interns can learn helping your company succeed online.
  2. As a marketing research company with a mission to revolutionize search many of our processes are in the testing phase while we are building case-studies and measuring results. 
  3. Currently our prices are below industry standard for this highly specialized industry, as a courtesy to our client allowing us to refer to them in case studies. Please expect an increase for our services at the end of 2019.
  4. All the marketing parts within our fuel plan are researched, planned, executed and implemented by PLUGINMATTER. This means that all the workload and preparation is also a portfolio item that reflects on the thoroughness and quality of our work. We respectfully ask our clients to also give us permission to use public domain screenshots matched up with behind the scene workload examples and metrics as seen on our Results Page.
  5. Because of the research and teaching nature of  PLUGINMATTER we ask our clients to take responsibility as an informed client to NOT DISCLOSE personal, sensitive and private information about their companies to any of our team members.
  6. PLUGINMATTER will never share private information about your company deliberately to intentionally harm your company or reputation. In showing mutual respect for our intellectual property and internal processes we ask our clients to never share any information prepared or received by us to competing industries. 
  7. PLUGINMATTER respects your privacy, but within the nature of our company we ask our clients to also take action on their own and to not add personal photos, sensitive documents or any other files that might be harmful your company to our shared Google Drive folder.
  8. PLUGINMATTER hasa  two step security on all our Google accounts protecting the integrity of our shared client folders. We ask clients to take initiative and responsibility for their own security by setting up this additional layer of security to their own google accounts here at https://myaccount.google.com/signinoptions/two-step-verification ​
  9. If you ever suspect a security issue or have access to content that you should not, we ask our clients to immediately inform PLUGINMATTER of this issue.
  10. PLUGINMATTER often uses client issues in case studies published on our website. If your company has been mentioned or used in a case study it will always first be reviewed and approved by a client before being published.
  11. Other methods that PLUGINMATTER follows when working with clients to help keep accounts secure involves: (a) Creating or using a separate Gmail for social media login's and notifications incase of Phishing attacks. (b) Always logging into a social account using a set email and password, avoid using an account to login to another so that a compromised account does not feed down to others.  (c) Transitioning to sharing links with our team members that can be deactivated versus sharing whole folders in google drive.
