Plugin Terms of Service
- During this period, the Service Provider agrees to devote the amount of time stipulated in the proposal emailed to the client with outlined research, planning and execution of your Plugin
- Execution of work will be reviewed or communicated weekly or as needed using remote communication tools.
- Work on your online plugin will normally occur between the hours of 3am to 12pm EST on work days. So please don’t be alarmed by account notifications at odd hours. If you have any questions or concerns about work being done or your progress, a member of our team will be available on workdays from 9am - 3pm EST.
- Our plugin process has very specific steps that we might not be able to be execute in full if other account issues arise. Based on our expert problem solving skills we reserve the right to change and adapt our service expectations proposed in consideration to the time lost solving these issues as they arise. A plugin could take 2 weeks or 6 months to complete depending on limitations and unforeseen issues.
- A plugin already approved may not be edited or changed if work has already begun. Additional parts maybe be added at an additional fee.
- If your one name and vanities have been chosen and approved by the client they cannot be changed again. Clients are also advised to not change the page names as that would impact the online sorting results and have a negative impact on how well the plugin works.
- Social media banners are fitted to the specific measurements of each social media channel. If you had a medium plugin and higher you can find your profile and banner drawings in your BM folder in the B-SM folder. These can be updated, exported and manually reloaded.
- We do not ‘work’ with client staff to teach them how to do what we do but are available at an hourly rate of $75 to do consulting with staff.
- Payments can be made via check, credit card or quickbooks online. If clients are mailing in a check payment, work will only continue after payment has been received. If needed a payment plan of 25% in four payments can also be arranged.
- An invoice of outstanding monies will be submitted on a monthly basis reflecting the total service price and payments against it via Quickbooks online so please make sure you are receiving the emails and that they are not in your spam.
- All design, content, social, and link research, planning and content completed by the provider and paid for by the client remains the property of the client.
- The client has has full access in their shared Google drive folder with transferred ownership to the client. Upon the termination of this agreement, it is the client's responsibility to remove the provider as an admin from all accounts and folders. If the client deletes their drive content if it not the responsibility of the provider to supply them with a copy as all backups are kept in the shared cloud folders.
- The results of any and all work performed by the Service Provider to the client, including original creative, remains the property of the client. The client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
- If this agreement is terminated with 30 days written notice by the client/service provider all completed work not paid for will be removed from the shared client folder. The client/service provider will be able to reuse and recycle it in a manner they see fit.
Website Terms of Service
- During this period, the Service Provider agrees to devote the amount of time as stipulated in the proposal emailed to the client with outlined research, planning and execution of your Website.
- Execution of work will be reviewed or communicated weekly or as needed using remotely communication tools.
- Work on your Website will normally occur between the hours of 3am to 12pm EST on workdays. You can check the progress on your site by viewing your temporary domain. If you have any questions or concerns about work being done or your progress, a member of our team will be available on workdays from 9am - 3pm EST.
- A detailed page silo will be put together by the services provider to avoid any confusion. The service provider has the right to change and adapt pages within the planning stage of the website and only limited approved changes after the service provider has begun to stay within the proposal time guidelines.
- All final website content has to be provided to the service provider. We have a website content questionnaire resource but it is the responsibility of the client to finalize all content. Plugin Matter can only go in to change content twice. All further versions and changes are the responsibility of the client of charged for additionally.
- Clients are expected to take full responsibility for their website domains. We do not manage DNS records or website domains.
- Approved website plans may only be adapted if reviewed by the service provider and found to be within the budget guidelines. Our proposal budgets are bare-bone and does not have room for multiple changes. A client can pay per hour for additional work or make the changes themselves after we have done ours.
- If the client’s expectations are not within the service provided the client can add additional service provider editors to their site to help them achieve the ‘feel’ and ‘style’ they envision, but only after we have completed our part.
- Clients are able to edit content, duplicate pages, and move sections themselves to get their site the way they want. This has to be done before a fuel plan starts as big edits would create dead links in our fuel plan and result in errors and online penalties. Please refer to the additional fuel plan client commitment and rules section on this page.
- We do not ‘work’ with client staff to teach them how to do what we do but are available at an hourly rate of $75 to do consulting with staff.
- Payment for these services will be to the Service Provider at 50% before work starts and 50% at the final completion and publishing of the website.
- Payments can be made via check, credit card, or quickbooks online. If clients are mailing in a check payment, work will only continue after payment has been received. If needed a payment plan of 25% in four payments can also be arranged.
- An invoice of outstanding monies will be submitted on a monthly basis reflecting the total service price and payments against it via Quickbooks online so please make sure you are receiving the emails and that they are not in your spam.
- The client selects as its domicilium citandi et executandi the following address for purposes of receiving a letter, notice or the service of a summons or legal process emanating from this letter of Attorney and Agreement and further nominate and appoint this address as the address at which the client will accept correspondence, letters and notices to the email submitted below.

- If this agreement is terminated with 30 days written notice by the client/service provider all completed work not paid for will be removed from the shared client folder. The client/service provider will be able to reuse and recycle it in a manner they see fit.
Marketing Fuel Terms of Service
- Execution of work will be reviewed or communicated monthly or as needed using remotely communication tools.
- During this period, the Service Provider agrees to devote the amount of time stipulated in the proposal emailed to the client with outlined research, planning and execution of your marketing fuel plan.
- Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of the service provider using the cascading plan, sensitive community happenings, and client needs as guideline.
- Work on your fuel plan will normally occur between the hours of 3am to 12pm EST on workdays. If you have any questions or concerns about work being done or your progress, a member of our team will be available on workdays from 9am - 3pm EST.
- Services and benchmarks proposed in an approved plan can be changed and adapted by the service provider based on changes indicated by the client needs. Clients are only allowed to make changes to a fuel plan three times. Additional changes will be charged for separately at an hourly rate.
- One 3 hr benchmark in your fuel plan will be executed according to provider stimulants and may not be edited or changed if work has already begun on that one building block.
- Work of each 3 hr benchmark within your fuel plan is limited to only the 3 hours and may not exceed the time allocated to executing that task. If the clients expectations are not within the service provided then the client needs to pay per hour to get the ‘quality’ expected.
- A client is able to duplicate our 3 hrs benchmark process themselves by using our method on their own separately prepared documents and separately set up buffer account.
- We do not ‘work’ with client staff to teach them how to do what we do. We are available at an hourly rate of $75 to do consulting with staff.
- All fuel plans are paid on a monthly basis to the Service Provider. See your proposal for your monthly payment amount.
- Payments are preferred via credit card during the last week or 10 days before the end of the month. If clients are mailing in a check, payments need to be made no later than the 5th day of each month, or a penalty fee of 5% of the total paid late will be added to the payment total of the following month.
- Invoice reminders or receipts will be submitted on a monthly basis reflecting the full contract price and payments against it via Quickbooks online so please make sure you are receiving the emails and that they are not in your spam.
- Other marketing or web design services needed in addition to the above mentioned fuel plan will be available by the Service Provider at the DISCOUNTED rate of $50 per hour depending on availability. This is not to be used for consulting and will be billed separately.
- At the end of your fuel plan, readily available data is collected and compiled into a analytical report to help clients determine their key performance indicators (KPI) for a return on investment (ROI) report. A 6 month social media report is charged for at 5% of the total fuel plan. Your 12 month metrics report is charged for at 10% of the total fuel plan. This contract will be reviewed at the end of the period if client decides to continue.

- All clients have full access in their shared Google drive folder with transferred ownership to the client. If the client deletes their drive content by accident it is not the responsibility of the provider to supply them with a copy of backups.

The client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate while keeping in mind our privacy statement and not sharing our process with competitors.

Additional Fuel Client Commitment Rules
- For the duration of this fuel plan I will not change any headers and page urls as this will result in dead links going out on my social media pages.
- For the duration of this fuel plan I will not make any major changes to the cornerstone page content to avoid conflicting messages going out on my social media posts linked to the page.
- For the duration of this fuel plan I will not share marketing methods and processes of Plugin Matter with any other marketing professional that I might be working with.
- For the duration of this fuel plan I will not change the names of my products or services to avoid conflicting posts going out on social media pages linked to the page.
- For the duration of this fuel plan I will not engage with any other SEO experts who approach me out of respect for the work that Plugin Matter is doing.
- For the duration of this fuel plan I will not demand extra time as I understand that my Plugin Matter fuel plan is a paid service that does not include free consulting.
- For the duration of this fuel plan I will not allow my domain to expire and will take full responsibility for payments.
STRATEGY
- I understand that we are try to get clicks to pages to help them rank and will do my best to share posts to related groups to help increase my conversion rate.
- I understand that I am responsible for checking my social media pages on a daily basis for notifications, interaction and comments as part of my digital customer service.
- I understand that Plugin Matter builds foundation that will help to set in place the basic SEO parts of my company needed to get an online presence.
- I understand that Plugin Matter offers a marketing service and I am paying for the time that goes into assembling the parts. The conversion and reach of posts is not included in the service provided and Plugin Matter cannot be held responsible for how many people a part reached.
- I understand that Plugin Matter is spending time to create marketing parts and that I can boost or create ads using the parts they create to increase my reach.
- I understand that Plugin Matter cannot build my audience with their marketing efforts and that I need to take time to invite friends to my page, and consider other advertising ppc options to grow my online social audience.
- I understand that if I break something I need to pay to fix it.
- I take full responsibility for my domain and understand that if I neglect to pay for it, loosing the domain would undo all work Plugin Matters has done and will result in the immediate termination of our relationship without any refunds.
Design Terms of Service
- During this period, the Service Provider agrees to devote the amount of time stipulated in the proposal emailed to the client with outlined research, planning and execution of your Design Work.
- Execution of work will be reviewed or communicated weekly or as needed using remote communication tools.
- Work on your design work will normally occur between the hours of 3am to 12pm EST on work days. So please don’t be alarmed by account notifications at odd hours. If you have any questions or concerns about work being done or your progress, a member of our team will be available on workdays from 9am - 3pm EST.
- Our brand development process has very specific steps that we might not be able to be execute in full if other account issues arise. Based on our expert problem solving skills we reserve the right to change and adapt our service expectations proposed in consideration to the time lost solving these issues as they arise.
- All brand development already approved may not be edited or changed if work has already begun. Additional parts maybe be added at an additional fee.
